[Plugin: Google Doc Embedder] GDE EMBED ERROR: DOC not supported file type

i am receiving the above two errors (in my source code for the page).
i am successfully inserting PPT file, however.

i am using [gview file= “] code for all 3 file types. is this incorrect? or why are the PDF and DOC not working?
