    Hi there,

    You are not doing anything “wrong” per se. I would try the following:

    1) Ensure (by checking your web server config or asking your web host) that the pptx MIME type is correctly configured. It should be set to:

    application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml

    2) Failing the above, try linking to a PowerPoint 2003 version of the file (PPT rather than PPTX). Google’s viewer is choking on some of the new XML formats intermittently right now, including many .DOCX files, while .DOC continues to work normally. You may find the same with PPTX, and since the slides are converted to flat images you should not see any lost formatting from the downgrade.
