• Please help! I downloaded the Google Maps Builder plugin by WordImpress and it completely crashed by site.

    I am unable to even access my WordPress dashboard to delete the plugin and regain control to manage my site. I sent a support ticket to the plugin company, but have not heard back.

    The temporary link for my site is: http://b99.fc0.myftpupload.com/

    Since activating the plugin I receive the following error message when trying to go to my site:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘LogicException’ with message ‘Function ‘cmb_Meta_Box::autoload_helpers’ not found (class ‘cmb_Meta_Box’ does not have a method ‘autoload_helpers’)’ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-content/plugins/google-maps-builder/includes/metabox/init.php:38 Stack trace: #0 /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-content/plugins/google-maps-builder/includes/metabox/init.php(38): spl_autoload_register(‘cmb_Meta_Box::a…’) #1 /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-content/plugins/google-maps-builder/public/class-wordpress-google-maps.php(100): require_once(‘/home/content/p…’) #2 [internal function]: Google_Maps_Builder->initialize_cmb_meta_boxes(”) #3 /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-includes/plugin.php(496): call_user_func_array(Array, Array) #4 /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-settings.php(353): do_action(‘init’) #5 /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-config.php(86): require_once(‘/home/ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/24/2543924/html/wp-content/plugins/google-maps-builder/includes/metabox/init.php on line 38

  • You’ll have to use FTP or Cpanel (ask your hosting company how to use those) to access your site files on the server and delete that plugin manually. You can find it here:

          google-maps-builder - DELETE THIS FOLDER
