[Plugin: Google Maps for WordPress] GBrowserIsCompatible is not defined

When adding in a map, the first error I get is:

“GBrowserIsCompatible is not defined”

Following insertion of a Google Maps script element, I get:

“wpGMaps is not defined”.

Not sure where to go from here!
