[Plugin: Google Maps via Store Locator Plus] Map does not show

I added two locations and placed the Store Locator Plus shortcode on a page, but no matter how I change the settings I can not get the Google map to appear. I have the Google Maps API v3 enabled. Can anyone help? Thanks!
