Plugin got deleted automatically after latest update

    While I was updating woocommerce plugin, update failed, plugin got automatically deleted. When I try to reinstall, that also fails. Am dead worried about settings that took me hours to complete. Why do you guys play with us as if our only job is to cry on your failed updates. Please help.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like the update process was either interrupted somehow or was corrupted in the process. You mentioned that reinstalling also fails – would you mind elaborating a bit more on what’s happening? Are you getting an error?

    Speaking in general terms, settings that were made prior to updating is usually safe as these are added to the database which remains unaffected *during* updates 🙂
