[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] MultiSite Issues: Editor Insert and Diirectory Links

I am using WordPress MultiSite. Two issues have cropped-up with Gravity Forms Directory. First, the editor button to choose and then insert the directory shortcode doesn’t work: when I select the form and hit “submit”, the directory request window remains and the shortcode is not inserted. I have to manually enter the shortcode.
The second problem is that when I create a directory entry, after someone views the individual entry, clicking on ‘return to directory’ doesn’t work. They have to hit their browser’s ‘back’ button.
Otherwise, this is a fantastic add-on.
