Plugin Gravity Forms Directory Plugin

    All,

    I have installed this Plugin on top of Gravity Forms, all loaded to the latest version.

    However in the directory editor, when clicking on “Directory Columns” a lightbox pops up, but it is just a blank screen.

    I have made a form and defined it within a page.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem, what is the fix.
