[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] Insert Data to Custom Setup ID

I’d also like to know this. I’m interesting in setting up multiple different forms for volunteers to register to volunteer. I would need multiple forms – like emergency contact info and passport information, et cetera. I’d really like this all to go directly into Salesforce somehow.
