[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] Salesforce Custom Fields

Is it possible to integrate this plugin with custom field data on Salesforce? I understand that it will automatically map data (name, email, phone), but it would be great if we could add custom field data as well. Love the plugin otherwise!
