[Plugin: Gravity to Solve360] How does the integration handle duplicates?

Hi

I’m quite exited to have found your plugin but before I get my webmaster to set it up I just have one question. How does this plugin handle duplicates. The scenario is like this.

A former client which is already in Solve360 sign-up for a new Event of ours via a Gravity form. Some of his data has might changed, but not all.
Does he get pushed to Solve no matter what?
Does the system create a duplicate record or update the existing?
If update, what fields does the system use for identifying the duplicate?
