Hi,
This plugin has no facility for blocking any logins, and has no “error 99” in its code. It can *allow* some *extra* passwords, but does not have any route for blocking any.

i.e. That message must be coming from a different plugin that’s installed.
Error on line 99 in the plugin Use administrator password
Please can you copy or screenshot the full message you are seeing?
This plugin does not look at, or do anything with, IP addresses. It deals with passwords. So, it sounds like it’s not to do with this plugin. But if you can send the full error message, I can hopefully say something useful.
Are you sure that you don’t have a different plugin with a similar name?
Unfortunately, no,
I deleted it from ftp plugin “use admin pass”, and then I was let in.
Error occurred while I was logged as both customer and administrator.
and shopped in woocommerce
There was a plugin with that name on ww.wp.xz.cn that was removed by the admins a few weeks ago, because it copied code without giving credit. I’m guessing you had that plugin. Line 99 of my plugin has nothing to do with IP addresses on it.
It is not true. I deleted the plugin use administrator password.
That plugin also had that name. It was a guy who copied this plugin, and then made a number of changes, but keeping the same name.
Are you willing to re-install the plugin to get the full wording of the error message? Without that info, I don’t
If it was line 99, then it must be either that other plugin, or an old version of this plugin, because, there’s nothing on line 99 of this plugin that matches your description. If you can get the full error message, I can make some suggestions.
