Plugin has issues

Hey there,
one of my client is using your plugin, it was working fine since version 4.2. Today he updated the plugin from 4.2 to 4.3 but now we are getting fatal error that the plugin file already exists something like that on php line 0, i have also checked tht one but as you know this error is from your side and you might have not tested this yet.
Please check this out so that we can start accepting orders.
