    Hi Isabel,

I see that you are the one answering everyone’s questions.

I installed the plugin and refreshed, cleared cache, waited a couple hours and nothing happened.
I did all of those same steps while deactivating and retrying it with the manual set on both php.ini and the other option.

I have Bluehost, but I just can’t seem to figure it out.

This plugin would save me hours because I have hundreds of photos to upload to my site which are all unfortunately coming in around 12MB.

    Thanks in advance!

    Nick

Sorry about that. I’m looking at the support articles for Bluehost and I see that for this plugin to work, you must have your PHP set to one of the “Single php.ini” modes. According to Bluehost:

“You will need to have your PHP set in the cPanel to one of the Single php.ini options…”

That will allow you to modify your upload_max_filesize.

    You have 2 options:

    1. Follow their instructions (https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/447) for setting your PHP to one of the options that is labeled with “(Single php.ini)”. After you do that, wait for it to take effect, then you can use this plugin again and it will work.

    or

    2. If you feel comfortable doing #1, you might as well skip this plugin and instead: Follow their instructions (https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/110) to increase your upload_max_filesize by hand right on your server.

    I hope this helps.

I will try options one since I haven’t had to work in the back end for a couple years and am probably a bit rusty.

Thank you so much for your quick response!

I’ll let you know how it turns out
