Plugin has restricted my administrator access

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me asap on this. I have installed the AAM plugin so that I could ensure the client couldn’t tinker with the structure of the site, however now my own Administrator privileges have been affected and I now can’t access the plugins menu.

I don’t have access to the database either as there is another person involved with this site and I can’t get in contact with them.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
