    Plugin header/ CSS

    We noticed that all the plugin style/CSS which is more than 800 lines are loading on the site header, which affects the site performance and loading time.

    Presale Question:

    Please advise what does it mean 12 months access download and 1 support ticket.
    Does it mean you give support for only 1 ticket?
