Plugin help

Good day

Hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
I have a workbook in excel and I want to add it to my website to allow someone else to edit and add to it.

We test equipment to make sure they are compliant to regulations for insurance purposes.
The first I need to do is make a customer/asset registration with all it’s info like this.

Then when I click on it I need to get to a new form displaying all the info like this.

The bottom part must be editable since I must fill in that part every time we do a site survey.

Are there any plugins that can do this or similar? Inventory plugins not efficient.
