[Plugin: Hide Admin Panels] Any alternatives to this plugin?

Does anyone know of any alternative plugins that allow you to show/hide admin menu sections based on the user? I used to use “Hide Admin Panels” but it appears to no longer work in newer versions of WP and I don’t think is even supported anymore.

I have a main user who has access to everything, and then an editor who I want to be able to disable certain sections; such as Settings, Plugins, Tools, etc. and only give them access to Posts and Pages.

Any advice is appreciated.
