Is the tab “modify post / page” being hidden for Administrator (you) or the Admin (your client)? or both?
I’m having a little trouble figuring out what the problem might be. Would it be possible to get an Administrator login for the site to test it out? If so, please send that to [email protected] so that it’s not publicly viewable in this forum 🙂

No problem, I just logged in, but it seems that the settings are correct and it may be an issue within the WP Admin UI Customize plugin. Without full access I can’t troubleshoot it further, but I suspect it’s something conflicting with the code in WP Admin UI Customize.
I installed WP Admin UI Customize with Webmaster User Role in my own test site and I don’t have the issue you’re describing. My Webmaster User is able to see the Edit/Modify Post link in the admin bar.
You should probably contact WP Admin UI Customize, but let them know I’m happy to make any changes necessary in the Webmaster User Role plugin if there’s a conflict between the two.

Unfortunately, I didn’t resolve my problem but I saw that it’s not coming from your plugin but from WP admin ui customize (I disabled your plugin & the problem persist…)
