[Plugin] How do I Modify the Email Formatting?

I built a form using the custom HTML feature. I had to divide the form into two separate divs which put the form fields out of order. I solved the tab order issue, but I haven’t been able to find out where I would go to rearrange the field order so that First Name and Last Name will appear below each other in the email that is outputted.
