[Plugin: HTML Import 2] [function.scandir]: failed to open dir:

    Hi,

    I have succesfully installed the plugin and provide the directory of where all my html files are that I want to import, saved all settings necessary but found this error when I clicked the import button:

    Please advice me on what I should do or if im missing something in the process?

    You’ve provided a path to files on your hard drive. You must upload them to the web server and provide that path instead. It should begin with /home/content/s/u/n/sunnah/html/import/ (the path to your WordPress installation).

    This is a great plugin. While learning how to use it, I imported my static pages four times. Each time I delete and import same pages my page slug becomes -1 (second time I tried) -2 (third time I tried) now my slug name is followed by a -4 even though I deleted my pages from WordPress admin view.

    How can I remove the -4 from my slug name?

    I am new to this.

    WordPress adds -2 and so on to make sure that each page has a unique URL. You have to empty your trash before WP will let you reuse the original slugs.
