[Plugin: HTML Import 2] Options page doesn't work properly

HTML Import 2 options page doesn’t work properly. In fact, only first tab (“Files”) works as expected. When I click on the other tabs, the URL changes (…page=html-import.php#content, …page=html-import.php#title, etc.), but the options are not displayed.
