[Plugin: Hyper Cache] Disk space usage – Enable / Disable

There is something odd about the “Disk space usage”-option: I can’t disable it. Whenever I untick the option and save the settings the box reappears ticked. Does anybody have a clue how to stop this kind of plugin independance?
