  • Hi @ngeshlew

    To troubleshoot this issue you’d need to:

    1. De-activate all plugins at once except for Visual Composer and Slider Revolution.
    2. If the issue is resolved, slowly re-activate your plugins one by one until the issue re-appears. Do a check after each activation.

    Won’t that affect the site in terms how it looks like?

    @misplon,

    It still showing the same as when all other apps have not been activated.

    After doing the inspection element on the visual composer icon, this is what I’ve discovered.

    img {     admin.php?page=revslider:52
    	height: 400px;
    	width: 1080px;
    }

    The next test to run would be to:

    1. De-activate all plugins except for Revolution and Visual Composer.
    2. Switch to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen.

    Test. If the issue persists you’d need to reach out to the respective support departments.

    Yes, briefly, but it’s the only way of isolating where the problem is coming from.

    @misplon,

    Still the same issue of the icon popping out.

    Who should I address this issue to?

    If the issue persists with a default theme added and all other plugins de-activated you’d then need to reach out to the plugin’s support department.
