[Plugin: Image Widget] Firefox 6 – browser just "thinks"

Image Widget Version 3.2.8
Client has this happening regardless of internet browser (she’s tried IE and Firefox 5)
I am still having trouble with adding picture to the top feature in widgets. I upgraded to firefox. when i try to change image, it just “thinks” and won’t pull anything up.
help??!!!What other browser plugins or features does she need? She hasn’t had any problems with any other area.
