[Plugin: Image Widget] Title doesn’t appear when you hover over image

    Hi Peter & Shane,
    This is a great plug-in. I’ve used it on several of my clients sites. But for some reason on this particular site when you hover over the images with a url link no tile appears on hover. Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks again for the great plugin!!!
