It shows the following message :

Users import was successful.

However there are actually no users imported?

Any ideas, what may have gone wrong, I have tried several time with no luck…My csv file is generayed using http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/bp-export-users/

Remove the ID column from the CSV generated by that export plugin.
(Keeping the ID column misleads the import plugin to think that the users already existed and try to update them instead of creating new users).
