[Plugin: Import Users from CSV] Users imported info messed up

    I’m trying to import users using this plugin. I followed the installation instructions and even viewed the content in the csv file to make sure nothing was visibly messed up – everything looked fine. But when I import the file it doesn’t show many of my 175 users and several usernames and/or emails are miss-assigned to other user profiles. I tried the import from the admin side, ftp import, and straight transfer from old site database to new site database. Same results for all 3 methods. Thoughts? I’ve tried disabling all other plug-ins, no difference.

    How do you do the ftp import? and the straight transfer from old site database to new site database?

    for FTP – first I exported the file from our existing site database, then imported into our ftp site, then went to the new database and tried to import from the ftp
    for the straight transfer – I exported the existing database file, including the data through mysql. Then went into the new mysql database and imported that file.

    both imports appeared to have worked but when I went in to look at the users they appeared the same as doing the import through the admin side, many missing and usernames, emails, etc mixed up.

    i figured it out. i didn’t have the example csv file to look at. i had to deleted a lot of extra fields to get it to work, but it worked. thanks.
