Plugin In: AdSanity — javascript and css

I am using the AdSanity plugin (http://adsanityplugin.com) for a client on her new website:
http://dev.broadwayshowbiz.com.

She would like the ads to rotate on the page and I know it can be done with some javascript code and css.

Now, the ads rotate on refresh (the only ads currently in rotation are the horizontal ads, below the fold on the homepage, for Barefoot Wines and Theatrical Index).

Any thoughts or suggestions for what custom css and javascript that I can add to the site to make this work?
