Hello, and thank you for the amazing plug-in! I just found it and installed it on my site’s product page sidebar. When I tested it, clicking checkmarks does not refresh and filter the products listed on the page. Should this automatically happen or do I need a developer to connect the plugin to the site in some way to actually filter the page?

It’s not active on my site right now because it didn’t appear to work the way I expected. If there’s a step I’m missing in the installation or more I need to do on the back-end other than just activating the plugin, I’d appreciate you letting me know!

    Thank you kindly,
    Chloe

    Hi Chloe,

Normally this should work automatically, but it needs a typical DIV inside your theme.

It could be a theme related problem.
Is there a way we have a look at it?

    Best regards,
    Bart

Thanks for offering to take a look, sorry it took so long to get back to you! I’ve added the plug-in to the very bottom of the sidebar on my shop:

If you could let me know what you think, I’d really appreciate it!

    Thank you,

    Hello Chloe,

Our plugin adds an extra element around the product list in which it loads the tag related products.

Unfortunately your theme overwrite this again (or it overrules our action) and that’s why the plugin is not working.

Sorry, we can’t give support for all themes.

You could try to find the function in your theme, but I guess it mess up your theme if you change it. So I won’t suggest to do it.

    Best regards,
    Bart

Thank you for taking a look, that was very helpful to at least know it’s the theme and not something I did wrong. I’m sorry I won’t be able to use your great plug-in, but I’ll still pass it along to others.

    Take care,
    Chloe
