[Plugin: Infinite-Scroll]

Does anyone know how to get this working with multiple post types?

I’ve altered a category page to query two post types, the query displays both but the infinite-scroll only paginates the original query. As a result infinite-scroll 404s sooner than it should.

I expect this is because it is initiating before my query is updated.
