The plugin is not showing up on my page whenever I am logged out of my WordPress account. It is also not showing up in Chrome.

I tried this promising plugin in my local server. The file browser works but the 2 buttons, Select File and Upload File, do not do any thing. Could this be because I am on WordPress V3.5.1
