[Plugin: Input Year then Redirect

I’m looking to add the ability for a user to input any year and have them re-directed to a page on my site that shows the technology created that year.

I’m new to wordpress and am working on online mueseum for mobile computing history.

The page is broken up by decades and then by year in the manner of a blog post. It is still very much a work in progress.
