Plugin install problem

    Today I moved my WordPress site to the root directory of my website. I did this using the following method:

    http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

    The url tot visit the site has changed to foo-sing.nl/wordpresstest to just foo-sing.nl.

    But after moving the site to the root location, all new plugins I activate won’t work. After downloading and activating them a blank screens shows up and I can’t acces any page of my WordPress and can’t login to it. In order to get it working again I must remove the plugin using my FTP client. Anybody has an idea how to get new plugins working? The already installed plugins still work fine.

    I tried moved everything to the original location again, but the plugins still don’t work.

    Anybody has a clue?
