plugin installation problem

    hi i installed plugin but i cant see it in menu, then i install again and it shows me this message “nstalling Plugin: Rencontre – Dating Site 1.9.10.1
    Downloading install package from https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/rencontre.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/cupidd3w/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/rencontre/

    Plugin install failed.” plz help me

    The “error” is telling you that the plugin is already there. If you think the initial install failed, use FTP or your hosting control panel to delete the directory wp-content/plugins/rencontre/

    Is the plugin not showing when you use PLUGINS->INSTALLED PLUGINS from the dashboard? Did you activate it after the initial install?

    no it is not showing on installed plugins. Yes i activate it on first install,

    I gave up trying to install it… Im not stupid, but the installation really requires a level of understanding of php which is far beyond the average user. The developer would see a lot more success if he made it a more friendly install process…
