Plugin installed but not showing

    Hi,

    Very very new to WordPress.

    I have installed 2 plugins I wish to use. They are showing as installed in my Plugins in Network Admin area, both are Network activated.

    Once I go back into the dashboard area of my site and click on Plugins it says none are installed.

    Any help greatly appreciated!
