Plugin instructed me to create a thread

Hi,
I’ve been using the Constant Contact plugin for over two years without any noticable issues. However, I am now receiving the following message upon logging in to my WP dashboard:

“Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that need addressed. Functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.”

So here I am. Once again, I have not noticed any issues, but I am following instructions. Please advise.

Hi @exsultetchorus Please visit your options page there, then check and save the support checkbox to enable the Debug Log admin menu. Once done, please visit that new page and copy/paste the existing error logs there.

With 1.6.0, we added better support to prevent websites from white screening and becoming unusable, while still alerting that *something* happened. Thus the advice to visit here. Feel free to blank out email addresses if present, we won’t need that detail.

Can you give disconnecting your account and then re-connecting a try to see if that resolves the issue? It’s looking to be an issue with an API key, and we’re curious of those steps would take care of things.

I’m so embarrassed; our resident spam master (aka the choir conductor; we’re a small operation) changed the constant contact login name without notifying me; I haven’t had any errors logged since getting the new info from him. Thanks!
