Tried the plugin with astra child and elementor. Took a long time to get the footer part to work the way I wanted it. But upon deactivation of the plugin, the elementor headers and footers still displayed on the Astra and Astra Child themes.

The menus from the plugin displayed on twenty fourteen, twenty sixteen but not on twenty 19. The elementor plugins menus did not display on clean retina and weaver but were partially active on virtue.

This needs to be fixed so when the plugin is deactivated, the elementor header and footers and menus do not longer work when the default templates for the different themes is being used.

Will add this to this thread. When the plugin is active, it displays the headers and footers with the elementor pages just fine. But use of the special headers, footers and elementor framework adds about 2 to 4 seconds of server response time to the page load times.
