Plugin intermitently fails, developers do not respond

    We tried this plugin, but have experienced nothing but issues. It intermittently fails, displaying no comments at all. This appears to only occur when a page is popular (exactly when you don’t want it to fail) and has received numerous comments.

    We reached out to the developer and received no response. I understand this is a free product, and I commend the developers for donating their time, but save yourself some headache and find a plugin that works more consistently.

    Hi Zandra,

    So sorry this was missed. I have now replied to your support thread. I look into all support queries and, by looking at the main support thread of this plugin, you should notice that I answer all support issues and deal with them accordingly. For a plugin that has this many users I think I’m donating plenty of time.
