Plugin intermittently removes css

    Have intermittent issue with site when I check why I am not getting any enquiries i realise it is because the site CSS isn’t loading and caching isn’t working.
    I have debug in place. As soon as I deactivated the plug in site goes back to normal. I have max CDN in place and they checked their end and all fine. I turn plug in back on and for a few hours it is fine and then happens again. Any ideas?
