plugin interrupting design in DIVI

My client’s website was working perfectly but suddenly we have an image showing behind the text on a number of pages, making the text almost impossible to read. This image is not otherwise on this page – it doesn’t show int eh code of any of the pages. I tried DIVI support who found it was a conflict with LiteSpeed Cache plugin – turning off the plugin allowed the site to work properly again.
I would like to reinstate LiteSpeed cache, but not until this conflict can be rectified. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I am attaching screenshots from Edge that show how the image appears behind the text. It is happening in multiple pages, the one shown is just the first one we noticed it on.

Note the plugin is currently deactivated so that the website is usable during business hours.
