[Plugin: IQ Testimonials] Testimony is repeated

I have this same issue. Can’t figure it out.

I’m having the same issue with a client’s site. Any time a testimonial is entered from the form on the front-end it generates two entries (exact duplicates.) Tried with different browsers, but same result.

Entering a testimonial from the backend works just fine, without duplication.
