Plugin is 2:03am Spam messaging

Hey,

we’re currently experiencing a serious issue with the Guppy plugin. Every night at exactly 2:03 AM, the plugin sends out a huge number of “Notification” emails. This volume is so high that our email provider immediately blocks us during the night.

These appear to be old notifications, but they are being resent daily, and their content updates each time. For example, if today the email says, “You received this message 3 days ago”, then tomorrow it says, “4 days ago” – meaning the content is regenerated based on the current date.

A clean reinstall of the plugin is not possible, as we already have too many active chats and need to retain all data.

Could you please advise in which database table or file we can manually delete or clear the pending notifications, so this issue finally stops?
