I just checked again in a new incognito window and the problem persists, both on mobile and desktop.

This problem is caused by caching on your website’s server, which is very common. Have a nice day.

I confirm the problem. I see the same broken form. Of course, I have a different hosting and even a different country. If the problem is visible everywhere, maybe you should fix the code in yours?

This problem is not of code, to solve it you have to purge cache and if you use some optimizer or CDN you have to regenerate the optimized files.

    Best regards.

I’m experiencing this problem too on all browsers in standard and incognito mode.

If you have an optimization plugin (W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, etc) or use a CDN, you’ll likely need to regenerate optimized files and clear caches.

If the problem persists, you can share your URL and we’ll try to find the problem.
