Plugin is not available

Hello,

I updated plugin Paid Downloads (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/paid-downloads/) in WP repository several hours ago, but it is not available. Normally it took 15-30 minutes to get it online. Can anybody explain the reason of delay?
