    Hi,
    For one of my clients I’m building a new site in a staging environment.
    He wants to use the “PDF invoice and packingslips free plugin”. The plugin is set to send a PDF invoice for the status Processing. However no pdf invoice is generated, nor the email is sent from Woocommerce. A manual mail with order data is sent fine from Woocommerce although I’m not able to select an order status from the pull down menu. Just a mail for orderdata….

    For one of my others sites I created a similar staging spot and tried the same thing. The emails AND invoices are sent Correctly. So, it seems not to be caused by the staging environment.


    All plugins are up to date. Even with a minimal set of plugins (woocommerce and PDF invoice plugin active) it fails. I even deleted the PDF Invoice plugin and re-installed it.
    I checked the status report and all seems fine.
    What could be wrong here…. ? I’m pulling my hair out.

    Hi, @adri-oosterwijk:

    Can you create PDF invoices in your dashboard, or that is also failing?

    In the case that the issue is only related with the attachments, please read this article from the plugin’s Docs: Troubleshooting document attachments

    Fond the solution.
    Silly enough the emails were deselected in the woo settings. Selecting the needed ones did the trick.
