[NSFW] Plugin Is not translating all the text

    Hi, i have 5 language on website, but some text is not translating.

    The main lang of my website is italian and on WP and on your plugin the main language selected is IT, nevertheless some text is not translated when i change lang. Is always in italian.

    I have some text below the page, just up the footer. (this problem is on homepage and on all the categories pages). You can check this.

    And another problem is: if i select Eng transaltion nothing happen. BUT when i select Italian lang some text change, but the main lang is italian and i don’t understand why translate some element.

    Hi,

    I see that GTranslate is configured to translate the website from English. You need to go to GTranslate plugin settings page and make sure to set Translate from to Italian.

    Hi, how you can see on this screenshot (https://ibb.co/VvnpPx3) was already set to translate from Italian.

    So it is not this the problem.

    Hi,

    I check your HTML source code and this is what I see:

    <option value="en|en">English</option>
<option value="en|fr">French</option>
<option value="en|de">German</option>

    Not sure what you are doing, but it is trying to translate it from English (en|de). You need to figure it out what is causing that. You can try to set it to a different language and make sure the HTML source code changes.

    Hi,

    Forum rules prohibit that, so I will not be able to help.

    I think I have provided enough information for you to try to solve it yourself.

    Change the language in the plugin settings and check the HTML source code of your home page, you will see that en|fr changes to it|fr or some other language like es|fr depending on your selection of the primary (translate from) language.

    If that does not happen, then you have a cache plugin or you have placed the language selector statically, you can try to remove it and start from the scratch.

    And yes, i have cache plugin. SG Optim. by Siteground

    I have suggested to remove it, make sure it is removed then place it back with the correct selected language.

    Hi i have finally solved this.

    But now i have another problem:

    The plugin is not detecting the browser languages of my client.

    So if a custmers is connecting from Spain the site is not in Spanish but in italian, why? What i can do?
