Plugin is not working

    Hi!

    I’ve installed the plugin in my site, but I can’t see YITH widget in my sidebar. Neither in blog module or archive pages. I’m working with DIVI theme.

    Colud you help me, please?

    Hi,
    we’ve just tried it with Divi theme and it works fine!
    To make it working you should add the “YITH Ajax Product Filter” widget to your “Sidebar”.
    Please note: that widget will be visible in Shop and Product Taxonomy pages only.

    Perhaps are you using the Divi Builder in your shop page? If so, this could be the cause of this issue; to make it working you should not use the Divi Builder in your shop page.

    Thanks! I’m using DIVI builder in my shop page, but problem is in categories pages too. There, I’m not using DIVI builder, are the original categories templates (http://scarpedi-cp74.wordpresstemporal.com/categoria-producto/nueva-coleccion/)

    Hi there,

    please, make sure to use the shop sidebar in product taxonomies page, if possible could you share with me a screenshot of Appearance > Widgets section ?

    this is ok, please could you send to me a screenshot of shop page ?Are you sure this is the official one and not a custom page created via Visual Composer or something like that ?
