Plugin is not working

Hey Jasveer,
Greetings!

Hope you are doing great and keeping yourself safe.

I tried implementing your plugin on a domain, it worked for a few days, after that it stopped working.

So, for now we deactivated the plugin, we have just made the fields as normal texts.

Request you to please help us out, we have an immediate client project to deliver.

I just checked your website and your dropdown is working fine.Nothing wrong with it.
But i found something wrong in your site. In the site footer, some unnecessary code is displaying.

wp_deregister_script( ‘jqueryui’); wp_enqueue_script( ‘jqueryui’, ‘https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.23/jquery-ui.min.js’, ”, ”, false );

We have implemented your plugin on our domain, Dropdowns worked for a few days, after that it stopped working.
