Plugin is not working

    Hi there,

    It was working perfectly last week on the website https://www.incarautomotive.co.nz/live-google-reviews/, however, it seems like not working since this morning. As the business doesn’t have a physical address,so I’m using the “Trust Reviews”.

    Can anyone please advise how to fix this issue? I’ve tried deactivating all the other plugins, the issue still exists.

    Hi @alextsh007,

    The plugin uses official Google API to show the reviews, unfortunately, this API does not work with a places without a physical address (service area or virtual).

    You need to add a physical address to your Google place, because some time ago Google API stopped working with virtual or service areas. It’s a limitation of Google, not us or the plugin and according to this we can’t make a workaround for this. It will work only if you apply a physical address in your GMB dashboard for your Google business.
